What is a personal injury claim?
A personal injury claim is a legal case brought by an individual who has suffered harm – either physical or psychological – as a result of an accident or incident for which another party is alleged to be at fault. Negligence is the most common basis for such claims and can relate to anything from road traffic accidents and slips or trips, to workplace injuries or medical malpractice.
Our role is to help solicitors establish the facts of the case, uncover inconsistencies, and support the legal process with reliable, unbiased evidence.
